Pain, uncertainty, constant work - Cristiano Ronaldo shares cryptic message on Instagram
Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, on Monday posted a cryptic message on Instagram just two days after their shock elimination from the 2022 World Cup.

Ronaldo began the game on the bench until being introduced midway through Morocco's defeat. Now, with his domestic career in jeopardy, the 37-year-old has disclosed his 'three parts of reality' in a Monday night post.

The image is from the Netflix documentary Stutz, directed by Jonah Hill. It focuses on American psychologist Phil Stutz, who helps people improve their lives.

Just one day prior, the superstar striker posted a lengthy message to his admirers on the same site in which he declared his love for Portugal.

There had been concerns about Ronaldo's devotion after reports that he was willing to leave the national team camp during the World Cup.

Ronaldo, on the other hand, stayed as his team was eliminated in the quarter-finals. He eventually lost his starting spot to Benfica's budding sensation Goncalo Ramos.

Ronaldo has yet to announce his domestic club future after leaving Manchester United in the middle of the World Cup.

Following his shocking interview with Piers Morgan, the 37-year-contract old's at Old Trafford was terminated by mutual consent.

After Portugal's shocking defeat, the forward was seen in tears as he walked down the tunnel.

Ronaldo's World Cup appearance will almost certainly be his last, given he has never been able to hold the trophy.
