Yemi Alade, an Afrobeats artist, has congratulated her younger colleague and current sensation, Tems, on her Golden Globe nomination.
Tems was nominated for a Golden Globe for her song in Blank Panther, according to KFN.
Tems was nominated for her work on Lift Me Up, a song from Marvel Studios' film Wakanda Forever. Along with Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Goransson, the Nigerian star was nominated for Best Original Song.
Yemi Alade responded by congratulating her on her new accomplishment.
She sent her congratulations, describing her as a global baby.

Tems appreciates Rihanna
On Tuesday, October 25th, Marvel Studios released a short video on social media announcing Rihanna's inclusion on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.
Tems, 27, took to Instagram to express her gratitude for co-writing the song in honor of Chadwick Boseman. She went on to say that she was even more blessed to hear Rihanna do it flawlessly.
She wrote: Blessed to have written this song in honour of Chadwick Boseman and even more blessed to hear the baddest @badgalriri voice it to perfection.
Rihanna responded by going to Tems' comment section and declaring that it was Tems' writing ability that accomplished it for her.
