Creator of skits Carter Efe has been popular for days due to the song he gave to Wizkid, "Machala."
The song has been heavily promoted by Wizkid FC on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. However, despite their best attempts, they were unable to meet Wizkid, the artist who served as the song's inspiration.
Wizkid hasn't responded or spoken on the song since Carter Efe released it, and 30BG is aware of this. They also took advantage of this unusual opportunity to make fun of Wizkid FC for promoting a song that wasn't their favorite.
Following complaints that Wizkid had ignored the song, his notorious and outspoken assistant, Godson, took to Instagram to explain why Wizkid would never pay tribute to Carter's song.
He claims that there are numerous problems in Nigeria, including insecurity, hunger, and inflation. He claimed that instead of using Carter Efe to sing about these issues, he chose to use Wizkid's name to try to get influence.
Zlatan, Asake, and Carter Efe were singled out by Godson for performing pointless songs that Nigerians enjoy. He admitted that Wizkid has moved past that point and he no longer feels or enjoys songs like that.
